I came to this lawyer with a open workers comp case after two shoulder surgery . He tried to combine all my injuries over a 28 year Teamster career into one lawsuit. I was sent to his doctor and over about a year and a half. It finally went to trial and when I was there I was told by his paralegal that the proper lawyer on the other side didn't show up. They didn't call me until the day of the trial. And Raj didn't think it was important enough to do himself. And it was dismissed. So after almost 2 years I end up with nothing meaning what I'd already been paid by the work comp people in the past. I have documented about 20 times where I would call and his paralegal would not call me back. He would tell me that she is too busy and when I asked him to call the insurance company so that I could be seen for my shoulder again he told me that he didn't want to spend an hour on the phone. I had an accident in the beginning of the year, I was able to allocate raj as an attorney because of family and had an amazing outcome, of course the process was not easy and it really was a trial of sacrifice enduring this and having to work with the attorney and case worker but he really came through on this for me.
