He tried to combine all my injuries over a 28 year Teamster  career into one lawsuit. I was sent to his doctor and over about a year and a half. It finally went to trial and when I was there I was told by his paralegal that the proper lawyer on the other side didn't show up. They didn't call me until the day of the trial. And Raj didn't think it was important enough to do himself. And it was dismissed. So after almost 2 years I end up with nothing meaning what I'd already been paid by the work comp people in the past. I have documented about 20 times where I would call and his paralegal would not call me back. He would tell me that she is too busy and when I asked him to call the insurance company so that I could be seen for my shoulder again he told me that he didn't want to spend an hour on the phone. And I couldn't talk to them because I had a lawyer. Raj is a nice man. But I made it clear that I wanted the maximum money. And he did not do that for me. So now it's all over and I basically have nothing I have the money that was paid to me before I got a lawyer. Which means I shouldn't have gotten a lawyer in the first place. The workers comp was no help at all, they really were a pain and I developed so many problems that fall under stress and depression, one thing I learned is that they control medical care and Raj has to work extra hard when it comes to this huge issue. My anxiety levels rose and I have gone through so much but at the end of it Raj came through and he really helped me and I am very happy with the outcome.
